Each engagement is fixed in scope and fee before work begins. The three options address the most common compliance needs of small and mid-sized businesses operating under Thai supervisory frameworks.

§ 1 — Methodology

How We Structure Our Work

All three engagements begin with an engagement letter that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed fee. Work does not commence until both parties have confirmed the terms in writing.

For the Health Check, the first step is an intake conversation to map the areas of regulatory exposure relevant to the company's sector. For the Policy Drafting engagement, a structured workshop is held at the outset to gather the operational information needed to draft documents that reflect actual practice. For the Year-Long Programme, an opening review establishes the baseline.

All written deliverables — reports, policies, briefings, and correspondence — are reviewed internally before delivery. The adviser named on the engagement is responsible for this review.

Engagement Letter First

Scope, deliverables, fee, and timeline confirmed before any work begins.

Structured Intake

Each engagement begins with a structured conversation to establish the relevant factual and regulatory context.

Internal Quality Review

All deliverables reviewed internally before client delivery. Named adviser carries responsibility throughout.

§ 2.1 — First Engagement

Compliance Health Check

A short engagement reviewing a company's compliance position across a defined set of areas: corporate governance, AML and customer due diligence, employment paperwork, and sector-specific regulatory obligations. The deliverable is a written report describing the present position, areas where attention may be useful, and proposed next steps.

Suited to small and mid-sized firms that have not conducted a recent independent compliance review, or that are preparing for a regulatory examination or change in ownership.
